Organizational Structure The organization is comprised of a Board of Directors, an Executive Committee of the Board, three Standing Committees of the Board, an Operations Director and Membership. Board of Directors The members of the Board of Directors approves the organization's Annual Workplan and Budget and helps determine policies, endorse candidates, monitor performance and raise funds for PSD. Executive Committee of the Board The Executive Committee is responsible for the day-to-day operations of PSD within the Annual Workplan and Budget. Standing Committees of the Board The current standing committees of the Board includes: Elections and Initiatives, Development, and Budget and Operations. Staff The Operations Director works with the Board of Directors and Membership to execute the organization's mission and day-to-day operations. Membership Membership in PSD includes individuals and organizations that contribute to the organization financially or though in-kind contributions (including time or materials) or indicate a desire to be associated with the organization's principles and kept informed of PSD activities.
